Taika Zehdenick E.V.

Taika Zehdenick e.V. teaches Taido, a modern Japanese martial art with movement forms from karate and self-defense. The club offers training for children, teenagers and adults and emphasizes agility, mindfulness and inner strength. Regular courses and belt exams complete the program.
